Delegates will understand the factors that affect wellbeing and mental health, and gain the skills to recognise the signs of mental illness. With this knowledge and skillset, Mental Health First Aiders can then hold discrete conversations and signpost colleagues towards appropriate support.
Course dates - 1st and 2nd October 2024*
* You are required to attend the full day of the 1st October and the morning of the 2nd October. During the afternoon of 2nd October, you will be allocated an hour time slot to complete your assessment with the trainer.
The course will run virtually via Zoom.
