Restructuring and redundancies, grievance investigations, disciplinary hearings and appeals tend to be extraordinary and time consuming events that detract from your usual role and day-to-day tasks. Additionally, because such events only tend to occur occasionally, you may find yourself spending extra time researching the correct processes.

Where possible, we will endeavour to provide a 'project price' and give you an accurate estimate of costs so you know what to expect and can make an informed decision. If the course of events mean that costs might escalate, we'll keep you informed along the way so that you're not caught out by an unexpected bill.
