Use this form to assess risks relating to Covid-19 for individual workers, particularly for individuals in high-risk groups or as an additional management tool for workers resistant to or anxious about returning to the workplace.

Since 01 July, it has been possible to furlough workers on a part time basis. This letter covers that specific variation to contract and should be used if you intend to or suspect that you might furlough workers on a part-time basis.
