Senior managers still have people management responsibility however, they also need to provide direction, facilitate innovation and manage the effectiveness of the wider business. Senior managers need technical knowledge, strategic insight and practical expertise which is not something a senior manager gains over night. Our course, accredited by the ILM, will provide an in-depth understanding of the nuances of people management, leadership and business best practice whilst also analysing the aspiring senior manager’s ability to take on the role of people management and strategic responsibility.
