Our Level 5 Leadership and Management Programme delivers a senior management development plan
that enables delegates to achieve at either Award or Certificate standard. This is a comprehensive
programme designed to support practising and aspiring middle to senior managers to improve their
performance and strategic awareness in the delivery of their senior management responsibilities.
The ILM L5 Award requires completion of two assignments as opposed to three assignments for the L5 Certificate. The ILM registration fee is not part of the Buy One Get One Free offer and registrations must be purchased for all delegates.
Sessions will take place via Zoom.
All sessions are obligatory.

Day 1 & 2 Module - Leading Innovation and Change
Develop the ability and understanding of leading innovation and adapt to a changing business climate and customer needs
Day 3 Module - Managing Individual Development
Develop the ability to spot the talent pipeline and develop individual to secure succession planning and employee retention
Day 4 Module - Developing your Leadership Styles
Understand own leadership style and the factors which demand different leadership styles to maximise team and organisational performance
