Managers & Mental Health

1 day training - £180 (+VAT) per person, or £1500 (+VAT) for up to 12 delegates in-house
This course is to increase management teams’ awareness of mental health issues and illnesses, and to encourage talking about mental health issues in the workplace to reduce the stigma surrounding them. This course it specifically tailored to how mental health issues can arise in the workplace, and how management can work to support their staff.

• Other mental health issues (eating disorders, self-harm, psychosis)
• Early warning signs of mental ill health
• How to manage Mental Health in the workplace
   - Mentally Healthy – maintain well being and work life balance
   - Mentally Unwell and absent – processes to follow
   - Mentally Unwell in work – how to support them and the business

At the end of the day, delegates will achieve a First Aid Award Level 2 in First Aid Mental Health.
