This course is designed to increase individual manager's awareness of Mental Health in the workplace and how to identify the signs a team member who may be suffering could display. The course covers signs and symptoms of the more common mental health conditions such as stress, anxiety and depression as well as looking at the stigma surrounding them. The course then focuses on how you as a manager hold a conversation with someone who may be struggling including ideas for conversation starters and the UK legislation that you should be aware of.

At the end of the day, delegates will achieve a First Aid Award Level 2 in First Aid Mental Health.
