Insights Discovery is a simple and accessible four colour model based on the Carl Jung’s theory of preferences that help us understand ourselves and others. Every person has all four colour energies within them; it is the combination of these energies which creates each unique personality and helps us to appreciate how we all see the world differently.
Understanding the colour characteristics of the Insight Discovery model can be hugely beneficial. Once you know how your colleagues work, you can accommodate their projects, tasks and ways of working in a way that best suits their preferences. The result? A happier, healthier, and more productive team
Using Insights Discovery promotes the use of a colour reference language that is simple to understand and remember. This exclusive sample session will give you the opportunity to assess the Insights Discovery Model and evaluate its potential and effectiveness to use amongst your own teams means that post-training, delegates can continue to use the Insights Discovery terminology on a daily basis which is vital when conflicts arise, team dynamics change or there is a change in leadership.

Initial places are available free of charge only to those who have attended our November 2024 Breakfast Club meetings. Our only condition is that if you book a place, you attend the meeting. Owing to the high value of this opportunity, we reserve the right to charge £250 + VAT for delegates who book a place but fail to attend without giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
Unless you write/phone/or email us to opt out, you agree to photography and video recordings of the event to be taken to be used for our own promotional purposes.
This event is reserved for employers, corporate HR professionals, business owners, directors, managers and company HR representatives.
