VIRTUAL Mental Health First Aiders (Level 3)

Delegates will understand the factors that affect wellbeing and mental health, and gain the skills to recognise the signs of mental illness. With this knowledge and skillset, Mental Health First Aiders can then hold discrete conversations and signpost colleagues towards appropriate support.

Course dates - 23rd and 24th January 2024*

* You are required to attend the full day of the 23rd January and the morning of the 24th January. During the afternoon of 24th January, you will be allocated an hour time slot to complete your assessment with the trainer. There are ten spaces on the course and five slots on the afternoon of 24th January. Time slots are provided on a first come first served basis. Five hour long time slots for assessments will be open on the afternoon of 25th January. 

The course will run virtually via Zoom.
