Online Level 2 Certificate in Leadership & Team Skills

One of our most popular training programmes, this course provides excellent fundamental training for those aspiring to become new supervisors/team leaders or those who are already in a supervisory role but who have had little or no formal training. Even those who have held a management position for some time will benefit from the fundamental skills and knowledge this course imparts. We recommend this course as a first step for anyone who is embarking on a management development programme. Learnings can be applied in the workplace immediately.

You'll need to complete the eight modules which are delivered two per day over a morning and afternoon session; so that's four sessions you'll need to attend.

Upcoming webinar course dates:

  • 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th September 2020
