The success of a business to achieve its goals and continue to grow, relies heavily upon the performance of the teams and the leaders who drive them. This module considers the importance of communicating the organisational goals and objectives, reviewing performance and giving continual feedback. We consider how effective leadership is key to motivating a team to perform and characteristics needed to succeed.
