This week we have a 9 minute video where Owen discusses the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and goes through what can and what cannot be asked at interview, depending on the industry that you work in. He also discusses how to deal with someone who is remanded in custody whilst they are working for you and some measures you can take if someone's criminal past becomes known amongst colleagues.
