The workshop concentrates on the Four Core Conversations that are essential for managers 

Goal Setting
To have a conversation that focuses the person on exactly needs to be done and when. The goal becomes the centre of other core conversations.

Praising
To help people understand which specific behaviours are helping to achieve the goal, why their actions matter and that their efforts are noticed and appreciated.

Redirecting
To guide people toward their goals by identifying that they are out of alignment with the goal and what the impact is.

Wrapping Up
To keep people energised, inspire engagement, and promote development.
