Dignity at Work

Being treated by others with courtesy and respect is something that we all naturally expect. Our place of work should be no different to any other environment, and we should be familiar with feelings of value, decency and self-respect. In other words, we should all experience dignity at work.
Bullying and harassment undermine this dignity and, where such behaviour is unchallenged, it can soon become the norm and adopted as company culture. This workshop will help delegates understand what dignity at work is, and will ensure that they are equipped to deal with instances of bullying and harassment should they arise.

Who Should Attend?

Managers and team leaders of all levels should attend in order to learn how to recognise and deal with breaches of dignity at work, and how to promote a positive working culture.
