  • Day 2 - Effective Communication to Manage Performance

It is vital that Managers can communicate confidently and clearly. This workshop will enable managers to explore different communication methods and understand the right one to use for each situation.

  • Day 3 - Planning and Monitoring Work

Objective setting, planning and monitoring work and performance are crucial to the teams success. In this unit, Managers will gain an understanding and the skills to do this effectively; communicating company goals and values and monitoring performance.

  • Day 4 - Conducting Performance Discussions

Managers must be prepared to conduct different types of performance discussions with their teams This workshop focuses on the discussions that will need to occur and will help managers to prepare and conduct these meetings professionally and legally.

  • Day 5 - Holding Difficult Conversations

 Confidently holding difficult conversations is a skill vital to the performance management process. This workshop will enable Managers to establish what prevents them from dealing with issues as they arrive and to learn techniques to improve their confidence.

  • Day 6 - Motivating to Improve Performance
 Sustaining high performing employees is an ongoing process. recognising what motivates different employees and finding an executable balance that keeps everyone on track can be challenging. Here we look at realistic techniques for motivating the team
