This workshop will help delegates understand what dignity at work is, and will ensure that they are equipped to deal with instances of bullying and harassment should they arise.
Who Should Attend?
The workshop describes Bullying and Harassment and the effects of Bullying and Harassment on the individual and the consequences for the organisation. Therefore managers and team leaders of all levels should attend in order to learn how to recognise and deal with breaches of dignity at work, and how to promote a positive working culture.

Understand why dignity at work is such an important issue and how it can affect you |

Understand the legal aspects of discrimination, bullying and harassment in the workplace and the legislation that is relevant in managing it |
|
Includes learningthe different forms of and the differences between Bullying and Harassment, that does dignity and respect look/feel like in practice |
|
Identify why and where breaches of Dignity at Work are likely to occur |
|
Learn both informal and formal methods of dealing with Bullying and Harassment in the workplace |
|
Promote an organisation culture that embraces the Dignity at Work ethos and creates a good place to work |
